The flat area is 80 square metres. The apartment is located in the attic. The design challenge was to arrange the function in such a way that the apartment was functional and practical. The first level of the apartment features a kitchen, bathroom and children’s rooms. The second level is led by a spiral staircase to a master bedroom with a separate office space. The apartment has been finished in a modern and timeless style. The use of precious materials such as wooden floors and veneer fronts underlines the high quality of the interior finishing.
